We know you’ve got questions about starting your fitness journey with Leanna Fitness, and we’re here to provide clear, helpful answers. From program details to what you can expect, this FAQ section is designed to give you everything you need to take the first step with confidence.

Our workouts are designed to be quick and effective, lasting between 33-38 minutes. We offer 4 workout days per week, with an optional 5th day, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Home workouts can be customized based on what you have available. If you’re starting from scratch, we recommend a few pairs of dumbbells, resistance bands, a stability ball, and a medicine ball.

Our meal plans are designed for long-term sustainability. We provide plenty of flexibility to suit your preferences and make meals family-friendly and easy to follow.

After completing the program, we offer various options to progress based on your own progress and new goals. Many clients continue on with additional phases to further enhance their results..

We believe in a “less is more” approach. Most clients begin the program with just basic vitamins. As we assess your needs throughout the program, we may suggest additional supplements or vitamins. Our team includes a licensed pharmacist who can review bloodwork and supplements with you.

We encourage sustainability, so we’ve built in flexibility. You can enjoy a treat meal on the  weekends in moderation, without feeling restricted.

Our community is key to staying motivated. You’ll have access to a supportive group of clients  and a team of six experts to help keep you on track. Weekly check-ins with myself and Norvic ensure you’re always supported and ready to take on each new week with confidence.

Our program is designed for flexibility! While we provide a suggested workout schedule, you  can easily move sessions around to fit your lifestyle and commitments.

No additional cardio is required at the start of the program. We focus on daily steps (aiming for  7-10k), but this is optional and can be adjusted based on your goals.

Not at all! Our meal plans offer plenty of variety, flexibility, and even takeout options. You won’t  have to eat the same thing every day, so you can enjoy a wide range of meals while still making  progress toward your goals.
